We accept exchanges and returns within 30 days of delivery.
If the item is defective or incorrect, we'll cover the return shipping. In all other cases, return costs are covered by the customer.
The consumer (buyer) has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded online (in other words, return a quality item) within 30 days without providing any reason. Custom-made items based on the buyer’s individual request are non-returnable.
In the event of contract withdrawal, the refund will be processed within 30 days. Please note that we reserve the right to withhold the refund until the goods are returned or the buyer provides proof of having sent them back. The buyer is responsible for covering the direct costs of returning the item.
The seller shall refund all amounts paid by the buyer, including the delivery costs paid by the buyer, no later than 30 days from the date of receiving the buyer’s written notice of contract withdrawal. If the buyer returns only part of the order, the seller shall refund the delivery costs proportionally to the returned items. The buyer must cover the direct return shipping costs.
Returned items of suitable quality must be unused, undamaged, retain their original consumer properties, and maintain their commercial appearance. The buyer must also provide proof of purchase from the seller. The buyer is responsible for proving that the contract withdrawal requirements set by the Civil Code have been met.
