I WANT AN ITEM THAT IS OUT OF STOCK, WILL YOU RESTOCK IT?

Our jewelry is always on sale and unfortunately we don't have exact replenishment dates for all items. Usually, we restock products within 30–60 days, although sometimes it may take longer.

WHAT MATERIAL ARE JEWELS MADE OF?

Most of our pieces are crafted from 925 sterling silver and finished with 18-carat gold or rhodium plating. In addition, we have a collection of totally waterproof steel jewelry.

You will always find this information specified in the product information sheet.

ARE EARRINGS SOLD IN PAIRS OR INDIVIDUALLY?
All our earrings are sold in pairs. The price shown is for a pair of earrings.

IS THERE A WARRANTY FOR THE JEWELRY?
Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for silver items. Stainless steel products come with a 2-year warranty.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
Once we receive your order, we ship it the same or the next business day. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.

HOW WILL MY JEWELRY BE PACKAGED?
Our products are packaged in jewelry paper boxes that protect the items during transportation and are also suitable for gifting.

DO GOLD-PLATED ITEMS WEAR OFF?
Gold-plated silver jewelry may wear off over time.
Gold plating on stainless steel lasts several times longer than on silver due to the metal properties and different plating methods.
To keep gold-plated silver jewelry looking its best for longer, we recommend following proper silver care guidelines.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR SILVER JEWELRY?
To maintain the beauty of gold-plated silver jewelry for longer, we recommend:

  • Avoid contact with chlorinated water and cleaning products – it’s best to remove jewelry when showering or washing hands.
  • Avoid contact with cosmetics and perfumes – lotions, creams, and fragrances can damage the gold plating.
  • Remove jewelry when cooking or using household cleaning products.

WHAT IS RHODIUM?
Rhodium is a metal from the platinum group used to coat silver jewelry. It protects jewelry from scratches and tarnishing, helping it maintain its shine for longer.

WHY DOES SILVER TARNISH?
Silver naturally tends to tarnish due to contact with sulfur compounds or halogens commonly found in the environment. This is a completely normal process and does not affect the quality of the jewelry.
The easiest way to restore its original shine is to clean it with a special polishing cloth designed for silver jewelry. It’s a safe and quick way to make your items shine like new again.

IS IT WORTH BUYING STAINLESS STEEL JEWELRY?
Yes, stainless steel jewelry is durable, resistant to water, sweat, and scratches, easy to maintain, and retains its shine for a long time. It is also hypoallergenic, making it suitable for sensitive skin.
